The timeline is not suitable for events of the past year, or even the past ten years, because of the decade dropdown. Can that be removed/optional?

We would like the ability to add tags to personnel and Scholar profiles so a user can search a list of profiles with their own keywords or through a dropdown of tags. For instance, we want to tag profiles with 'epidemiology' despite no other indication of this specialty on their existing Scholar's profile and then allow a user to see that as a filter option.

Can we make the "center" option on news/blog pages feature image bigger....perhaps the full 600x400 size.

The menu is too narrow to read all of the choices so we don't know which one to select
