This issue is on the hosting side when a site is hosted on a particular node/server. I have opened a ticket with the the appropriate team to have them investigate the cause. I am looking into other interim solutions while we wait on their findings.

It is recommended to take an occasional look at the webform submissions to ensure nothing is missed.
