Hey Will - WAC & WGC have decided not to pursue this feature request. Providing this feature as a paragraph option could result in up to three different sets of navigation on a page (main nav, sidebar nav, and then the nav from the lab site tabs), which could be very confusing for the user. It was noted that accordions may provide similar functionality. Let us know if you have any questions or if we misinterpreted this request.

I have conducted extensive testing on the feasibility adding the section paragraph to other content types in the federated model. It appears to be doable, but itwould involve wide-ranging changes to the theme for each content type so we'd need an exact list where to add the section paragraph.
